COSTA DI KAIR ED DIN

The Residence/Hotel “Costa di Kair ed Din”, which was built recently, is situated in the heart of a natural environment. It is immersed in the green, with a view on the sea. The Hotel is about 700m from the centre of Sperlonga, and about 1500m from the beach.

The whole area is covered in mediterranean vegetation and well kept, extremely colorfull gardens. The building is made up of a “hotel” section, with double rooms and private bathroom and lavatory, and residential area with houses made up of 1, 2 or 3 rooms including kitchen area. All of these are furnished in a sober and functional way and the include a colour TV set and telephone, accomodation totaling 225 beds. Moreover, the building disposes of a Bar, a park for children to play in, a TV room, two tennis courts, swimming-pool personal parking lots, a minimarket and a bus service to link the sea to the various centres.
